Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of fuelvex.uk operated by Fuelvex. By placing an order you agree to these terms. For questions contact info@fuelvex.uk.

• All prices are shown in EUR and CZK and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at checkout is binding.
• Product images are illustrative. Actual appearance may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. The contract is formed at this point. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances (e.g. stock unavailability, payment failure) and will notify you immediately.

We accept card payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay via Stripe. Payment is taken at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We do not store your payment details.

We ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other EU countries via Zásilkovna, Alzabox, DPD and PPL. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving your order (EU Consumer Rights Directive). To return:

• Email info@fuelvex.uk with your order number and reason
• Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food supplements for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@fuelvex.uk within 48 hours with photos. We will resend the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes your personal data, except order records required by law.

The Fuelvex loyalty programme (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) is subject to change. Accumulated loyalty status has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice.

All content on fuelvex.uk — including logos, product names, descriptions, illustrations and design — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use it without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuelvex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions.

These terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts. For out-of-court dispute resolution you may use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) at coi.cz or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
